Representative LeDoux, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                 
that the five-day notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform                                                               
Rules be waived so that the Rules Committee may hear the following                                                              
on April 10 at 5:00 p.m.:                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(FIN)                                                                                              
    "An Act prohibiting smoking in certain places; relating to                                                                  
    education on the smoking prohibition; and providing for an                                                                  
    effective date."
